Most schools supply easel brushes, but if you need to purchase some yourself, here is a good set at a great price.  It contains 24 brushes, 12 flats (that’s what I prefer for painting murals), and 12 rounds (good for adding details or working with stencils.)  I don’t think you can beat the price!
